Conduct a full audit and realignment of Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes for all imported products over the past five years. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with U.S. Customs regulations through a formal Prior Disclosure submission in partnership with legal counsel.

  • Directed cross-functional efforts to review and realign HTS codes for all products imported in the previous five years.
  • Partnered with C-suite leadership to finalize compliant classifications and ensure strategic alignment.

Evaluate and improve the CPRA consumer rights request process for accuracy, efficiency, and legal compliance. Identify and document systems containing PII to streamline fulfillment workflows and reduce manual effort while meeting evolving regulatory requirements.

  • Led collaborative discovery workstreams to inventory all systems housing Personal Identifiable Data (PII).
  • Mapped & documented current workflows for fulfilling customer data requests.
