Kimberly is a seasoned project leader with more than a decade of experience guiding complex initiatives across SaaS, digital transformation, process improvement, compliance, and global operations.
She founded Sanner Project Solutions after seeing a consistent need: growing organizations had important cross-functional work to deliver, but not always the internal project leadership or PMO structure to move it forward confidently.
Kimberly’s strength is creating clarity when the work gets messy—translating strategy into an executable plan, building alignment across business and technical teams, and helping stakeholders make timely decisions without losing sight of people or outcomes.
